EnvTech Consult Limited is a firm that was incorporated in Uganda with the main aim of providing Environment, Health and Safety consultancy services across a diverse range of sectors. Members of EnvTech Consult Ltd are certified by National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) to carry out Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and Environmental Audits, with knowledge in Environmental Engineering systems, Safety & Risk Engineering, and are recognized members of professional environmental and related engineering bodies within the country.

EnvTech Team
EnvTech Consult Ltd recognizes that the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex environmental problems often requires the collaboration of specialists. For each project, we assemble an experienced team of professionals with experience and expertise in disciplines necessary to address the specific challenges of the project at hand. Our in-house resources include professional geologists, hydrogeologists, ecologists, biologists, environmental scientists, and environmental engineers.
EnvTech Consult Ltd Associates, who are respected professionals in their own fields, also join specific Envtech
Consult Ltd project teams on a contractual basis. Our professional staff is supported by experienced technical team members who are well-trained in all aspects of applicable, relevant and appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality assurance protocols, and chain of custody documentation procedures.
Hanifah holds a Master of Science in Oil and Gas Engineering from University of Aberdeen UK, a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and Management degree attained from Kyambogo University and a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from UMI. She is a qualified Environmental Engineer with experience in ESIAs and Audits for more than 12 years while applying IFC and/or World Bank environmental and social safeguards as well as other local environmental and social legislation. She has played lead roles on several projects such as energy projects (renewable & nonrenewable), infrastructure (housing developments, real estate and roads), mining (stone quarrying and sand mining), sanitation & water supply, Agricultural projects (Agro-processing projects & irrigation schemes), communication (telecommunication masts), waste management projects (Biomedical and municipal waste) and wastewater treatment projects among others. She has developed a strong professional network with Teams and Authorities to ensure timely delivery to clients. She has achieved this through being a member of the Uganda Association for Impact Assessment (UAIA), graduate member with Energy Institute, Society of Petroleum Engineers, Association of Health and Safety Professionals as well as other local and international consultants from related professional disciplines. She is certified by NEMA to carryout ESIAs and Audits as a Team Leader (License No.: CC/EIA/102/13).
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering & Management from Kyambogo University. He has experience in Air Quality and Noise Monitoring, he has worked on several ESIAs and Environmental Audits across various sectors including upstream & downstream Oil/Gas, infrastructure (roads & buildings), Manufacturing, hydropower infrastructure among others.
Ambrose holds a MSC in Safety and Reliability Engineering from University of Aberdeen in Scotland and a B.Eng Civil and Building Engineering from Kyambogo University, Uganda. He has gathered experience in safety management from both the construction and Oil Sector and thus has wide knowledge and capabilities in Engineering Safety and Risk management techniques. His responsibilities include Safety and Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification (HAZID) and Hazard & Operatibility (HAZOP) reviews that identify potential hazard and risk during engineering operations and develop prevention, control and mitigation measures. He is fundamental in supporting our clients in developing and reviewing their EHS Management Systems, accident/incident investigation and related `safety and Risk Engineering Services.
Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social sciences from Makerere University Kampala. She has worked as a sociologist on Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) of Projects, ESIA, and Environmental Audits across varied industries including downstream Oil/Gas sector, Building construction, Manufacturing and Processing among others. Her role on the team is to identify & engage stakeholders (including Project Affected Persons, PAPs) and collect project socio-economic baseline data. She has developed diverse knowledge and is fundamental to the EnvTech team.
Abouh holds a Bsc. Engineering in Environmental Engineering and Management from Kyambogo University. He has worked with authorities including National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) where he got experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Audits, Kampala Capital City Authority where he got experience in Solid Waste Management, China National Aero-Technology International Engineering Corporation (CATIC) and obtained experience in construction activities. Abouh has gathered experience in coordination of bio-diversity and air quality survey studies and relevant data collection, compilation of reports thereof and follow up of NEMA approvals.
Daniel is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and holds an LLM (Oil and Gas Law) from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. He has practiced various aspects of Environment Law
